The safety, trust, and well-being of our community are our top priorities.
If you encounter behavior that violates our rules, feel unsafe, or see content that concerns you, please report it immediately — you’re helping to keep Bijou Essentials a safe, respectful space for everyone.

How to Report an Issue

🛡️ If you see a problem:

• Use the Report Post button (available on every post) to alert the moderators.

• For private concerns (such as direct messages, suspicious accounts, or broader patterns of behavior), please send a private message (DM) directly to any Moderator or Administrator.

🛡️ When reporting, please try to include:

• A brief explanation of the issue

• A link to the post, message, or user profile involved

• Screenshots if possible (especially for disappearing content)

Important:
You are never expected to confront the user yourself — reporting privately is enough.

What Happens After You Report

🔎 Moderators will review the report carefully and promptly.
🔒 All reports are confidential. Your identity will never be shared with the person you report.
⚖️ Actions taken may include content removal, warnings, suspensions, or bans, depending on the situation and severity.

What Should Be Reported

You are encouraged to report any of the following:

• Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior

• Violation of consent (non-consensual discussions, coercion, pressure)

• Hate speech (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, body shaming, ableism, etc.)

• Sharing private or identifying information without permission (doxxing)

• Spam, scams, or unauthorized advertising

• Illegal content (anything involving minors, bestiality, non-consent scenarios, etc.)

• Content posted without permission, including:

  • Personal photos, videos, or recordings

  • Art, writing, or other creative works

  • Any material protected by copyright or ownership rights

  • Content sourced from another creator without their consent

Special Note on Protected Content

Bijou Essentials respects content creators, performers, and individuals’ rights over their own images, words, and work.

If you see content that belongs to someone else — and it was posted without their permission — please report it immediately.
We take content ownership seriously and will remove unauthorized materials as quickly as possible.

Even if you’re unsure whether it “counts,” it’s better to let the moderation team review it.
